National Center for Voice and Speech (NCVS)           www.ncvs.org

The NCVS is a multi-site research and teaching organization dedicated to studying the characteristics, limitations, and enhancement of human voice and speech. Based in Salt Lake City, this is the premier organization for disseminating scholarly information on the voice, and is the home of the Summer Vocology Institute.

 

New York Singing Teachers Association     http://www.nyst.org/

The oldest organization of singing teachers in the United States, founded in 1906. It aim s include the education of singing teachers in the science and art of vocal pedagogy. They have online courses in their Professional Development Program that are available to teachers and voice professionals all around the world.

 

Voice and Speech Trainers Association (VASTA)     https://www.vasta.org/

VASTA is an international organization whose mission is to advance the art, research, and visibility of the voice and speech profession.

 

National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS)              http://www.nats.org/

Founded in 1944, National Association of Teachers of Singing, Inc. (NATS) is the largest professional association of teachers of singing in the world with more than 7,000 members in the United States, Canada, and nearly 30 other countries. NATS publishes the Journal of Singing.

 

The Voice Foundation       https://voicefoundation.org/

The Voice Foundation is the world’s oldest and leading organization dedicated to voice research, medicine, science, and education. Known for their Journal of Voice which contains scholarly research on voice production, and the Annual Symposium  held at the end of May in Philadelphia.
